I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the KFC location on South Salina Street in Syracuse, NY. I believe this location provides the worst customer service in Onondaga County.

Disgusting. If you like food with flies well that’s the place for you.
I waited 5 min and nobody showed to take the order. So I had plenty of time to see how disgusting and dirty the place is. And no I didn’t eat there it was horrible just the idea of eating that food.

Everytime I get a delivery there it’s a disaster.The employee that was in charge of orders HE is so rude and he acts miserable and he just doesn’t care !He told me after waiting 20 minutes “we’re not making the order”It’s just rediculous.Why do door dash if we never get any service at all! Go to a different location and get KFC!!
