If they say they close at 7pm be sure, that they'll be closed at 6pm. (happened multiple times).
I love subway, and this location food was good. However, the customer service is terrible at this location. I put a mobile order in for me and my friend, they messed up out sandwiches and got an attitude because we want them to fix our meal. How do you have an attitude because you messed up our food. I told her clearly that the other worker put my friends toppings on my sandwich and did my toppings on my friend sandwich. The girl had an attitude because we wanted them remade....read full review
Generally had (and continue to have) very unpleasant experiences at this location. I understand that working food service in a university neighborhood is difficult, but there is no reason to take that unpleasant attitude out on customers. Employees are regularly rude and unpleasant to customers when I go here and stand in line.
