DO NOT EAT HEREI have been to this establishment twice now. The first in an attempt to try a new restaurant and the second in a hope it would redeem itself. The first time i went I ordered one of the custom bowls, it was horrible but I did not blame them as it was custom. This time ordered their steak box, and I am not exaggerating when I say that it took me over a minute to realize what I had received was in fact steak. It was cut in a way that made it chewier (there are correct ways to cut steak), it was so overcooked that it looked like a sky on a gloomy day (a pale gray), it had no flavor other than that of a char yet even this was minute. The Mac and cheese side tasted like if you took Wegmans Mac and cheese but removed any cheese flavor, leaving a salty pasta in orange goo. The “rosemary potatos” are a misnomer as despite being potatoes they suffered the same fate as the steak and tasted like nothing, let alone rosemary. This was a 15$ meal that did not taste good nor fill me. And I know the blandness was not a tastebud issue as all other foods I’ve eaten today (before and after the event) have been perfect and amazing. This place is terrible and the name suggests they are healthy yet eating there only made me feel less healthy than ever before.Kid-friendliness: Maybe if a kid is scared of flavor then the kid would like it but no adult who isn’t extremely picky would enjoy this.

I ordered core for my lunch today and my order was not correct I called the business 5 times and received no answer at all. This is the second time I’ve dealt with something like this when I’ve ordered delivery. I am not one to complain and would have been completely satisfied if my phone call was answered or if I had to wait to take a late lunch to receive the proper order. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before so I get that sometimes things get overlooked but it is seeming to be more of a regular thing.

This location is fantastic. The food is always fresh and healthy. I could not say enough positive things about the service and management of this location in particular. The workers are very kind and attentive. Everyone works very hard (especially during the lunch hour). I highly recommend this as an excellent healthy option for food, and the employees deserve high accolades!

I had a list of restaurants to try during my business trip to Syracuse and I keep finding myself coming to Corelife Eatery and skipping my list of stops. It's just hard to resist.. They serve the way I like to eat.So far I've tried the following: Tuna Fire Bowl, Greek chicken quinoa, Steak, bacon & blue cheese ( swapped the bacon for avocados). Southwest Chicken, Sides: chicken broth, beef broth, Brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes. The Tuna bowl is still tops for me, I plan on getting it again before I leave. The Greek Chicken comes in second, this one hit the spot, so fresh and tasty, loved the hummus & dressing. The steak, bacon & blue takes the third spot, the salad with the dressing was Devine, the steak was good quality, but I would've liked it more if the steak was hotter and done medium rare. Had high expectations for The southwest chicken, but I was not crazy about the flavor profile, it was just ok.As far as the sides. All have been outstanding, I was impressed with the chicken broth, it was so good, caught me by surprise, I can see myself ordering it during regularly during the winter months. Beef was good also. Think I prefer the chicken though. As far as the fountain drinks go. My favorites are the fig & vanilla, mandarin cardamon, and berry patch, in that order.Corelife reminds me of a restaurant I used to frequently visit in Tampa called Fresh Kitchen. Both have a similar concept, healthy, fresh, and delicious.

I ordered a large kale and quinoa with Sriracha. I asked the person to go with half the Sriracha. What I got was the same amount of kale that goes with a regular bowl and very little quinoa and no Sriracha.

My favorite fast food restaurant of all time. The employees are super nice and the place is always clean. Only gripe I have with them (the company) is that the chicken portions are a joke. A regular bowl gets legit 5 pieces of chicken, (maybe 2 ounces?) and double chicken is still less than a single portion of chicken at chipotle. It’s not this particular store’s fault but the company as a whole. Please for the love of god increase the sizes of your chicken portions, I’d visit twice as often if there were larger protein portions.

I’ve yet again had a horrible experience at this restaurant location. I’ve always ordered the same order broth bowl with the broth on the side this has never been a problem until today when they messed my order up then gave me an attitude about it. Today I was told for the first time since coming here that I wasn’t allowed to do that so who’s negligence was it to begin with if I wasn’t informed of your companies policy? Then the cashier with all the piercings in her lip gave me serious attitude always does when I ask her something. Nevertheless you guys expect me to pay an extra 4 bucks for broth when it’s a base option in a bowl to begin with that’s robbery and I wish I knew this sooner I won’t be coming back I can make this at home.

Many thanks for the 5 small cubes of spicy chicken (perhaps 5 1/2)....with my bowl. No doubt -- quality ingredients....but simply not worth the price of admission. My basis for comparison is Mezeh...the benchmark for a great bowl lunch/dinner. Person behind me had a coupon for 50% off. Quite candidly, that would be the appropriate price.

I've had to take my friend to the Hospital twice now because of cross-contamination. This location does not take food safety seriously, they have put her life in danger twice now. We will not be returning, and anyone with any sort of allergy should stay far away from this location. I hope food services takes care of this poorly managed location.
