Great restaurant! A little small that's why the 4 stars. They seated us right up against the hostess stand was not pleasant at all.

Steaks tasted great at least what could be eaten. Had a 18 oz demonic ribeye maybe 8 oz could be eaten. They gave me a free desert to make up for half the 40$ + ribeye. So generous

I got the special, a 16 oz Prime NY Strip, and it was the best steak I’ve ever had! The service was excellent, and the honey butter was the highlight of my evening. Couldn’t recommend more!

I am just not sure why anyone would go here. Service was great but other than that food was not even close to what the price should be. I am pretty sure the crab cake had no crab in it and the Caesar salad was underdressed and bland. I felt like I was back in the late 90’s with this restaurant trying to hard to be good. You need to pick another veg besides squash it is literally the easiest and most overdone side in the world the craftsman house did that for years. Do not be tricked by the good reviews and go anywhere else. Even Wegmans would be better.

What an unexpected surprise. We booked this hotel without knowing about the restaurant. Food was amazing, staff was wonderful, plates were overwhelming! Next time we're traveling through we will make this our evening stop.

Excellent food my steak was phenomenal. My wife's prime rib was excellent. She loved it. The dessert was all homemade you couldn't ask for anything better and the service was excellent and we would definitely go back again.

Unbelievably good. Quite possibly the best steak I've ever had. I had the 16oz boneless steak au poivire and it was so tender and and full.of flavor. Nearly melted in my mouth. For my appetizer I had the poutine. The serving was generous and the fries were crisp not soggy underneath the gravy. And the service... The bartender Jeff provided some of the best service I've ever had. Without a doubt one of the top places in Syracuse and I highly recommend a visit when you are in the area.Parking: Located at Best Western hotel.

Three of us visited for the first time. We all had steak; one filet, one ribeye, and one sirloin. All cooked as we ordered and very good. The appetizers, crab stuffed mushrooms and stuffed artichoke hearts were great. We all had some left over and enjoyed the leftovers the next day...and still tasted great. Our server, Denise, was marvelous. Overall, and excellent experience.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks! We had a 50 oz monster of a steak and sirloin tips with a baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly and service was great!

Went for an early dinner with my friends after the Home & Garden show today at the Exposition Center. It was dark in the dining area but our eyes became adjusted. We were waited on promptly and ordered some glasses of red wine. I love NY strip steak so I had to go with that. I chose a baked potato and mixed vegetables. It was cooked perfectly at medium rare and the potato was cooked perfectly with butter and sour cream on the side. The vegetables were mixed and tasty (not mushy which I appreciated). I could only eat half my meal because I saved room for desert. I had the cream brûlée which was creamy with the topping perfectly torched. The waitress was amazing and made us feel relaxed and took care of us. A very pleasant experience and I will be back when I want an amazing steak.
