Update 1-14-25. Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. Bravo to Velasko Road location Thanks for making our experience a wonderful one we will bring back more business here . AA++

I come here very frequently, mainly because the dunkin' donuts closer to my location always messes up the orders and always forget something, this location has yet to forget anything or mess up anything. They've even said remembering my order so when I go through the drive-thru I just say hello and pull right around. friendly staff and nice atmosphere inside they're also very hard working from what I can see.
Best service in cny! Lately they have two people working during lunch and they are the fastest crew around. Two people doing everything!!!

I like my neighborhood dunkin' in western lights. When I go always friendly and speedy service. Lines are always lined up to onondaga blvd, and when I walk in, I still have quick service and don't have to wait until their line is down. Today, I got the wrap with turkey sausage, I love that it is an option. Most places dont have turkey sausage, and I also got my favorite iced Macha latte ? yum and hash brown. Keep it up, guys! Sorry, no pics. I forgot, lol.

Good coffee is about it. Inside and outside of lower W. Genesee Street location awful!!!! The tables,floors, nor the windows are cleaned. Looks awful!!!

As a nurse I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkin’s and I have never had a better experience since making this my regular before work spot. The staff are absolutely incredible and so genuinely personable and kind it’s amazing. My drink always being made perfectly and the positive attitude are often the only things that get me through a rough shift. I wish there was a better way to recognize my favorite Dunkin peoples but I hope whoever reads these gives those who work the closing shift here a shoutout!
