Review: Needs Better Organization and Communication I visited the Dunkin’ on Velasko Road this morning and ordered two drinks. While the staff seemed hardworking and busy, the process for handling and delivering orders felt quite disorganized. Orders were being shouted out loudly without clear communication, which made it difficult to understand when ours was ready.
We received one drink right away, but the second one took nearly 8 minutes — we had to ask about it and show our receipt. The drink itself only took a few seconds to prepare, which made the delay even more frustrating.
It seems the store could really benefit from a more organized order management system or clearer communication among team members. A structured process for calling out orders and ensuring all items are prepared together would make the experience much smoother for customers.

Update 1-14-25. Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. Bravo to Velasko Road location Thanks for making our experience a wonderful one we will bring back more business here . AA++

I come here very frequently, mainly because the dunkin' donuts closer to my location always messes up the orders and always forget something, this location has yet to forget anything or mess up anything. They've even said remembering my order so when I go through the drive-thru I just say hello and pull right around. friendly staff and nice atmosphere inside they're also very hard working from what I can see.
I like my neighborhood dunkin' in western lights. When I go always friendly and speedy service. Lines are always lined up to onondaga blvd, and when I walk in, I still have quick service and don't have to wait until their line is down. Today, I got the wrap with turkey sausage, I love that it is an option. Most places dont have turkey sausage, and I also got my favorite iced Macha latte ? yum and hash brown. Keep it up, guys! Sorry, no pics. I forgot, lol.
