This Dunkin is not my favorite. It's common for your drink to be messed up if it's complicated, and service isn't the most attentive. The coffee wasnt too bad though, though I haven't been more than once in the last couple months so things may have changed

Good for what it is. It's a Dunkin - You're not going to get chef quality food or amazing service. That said, I always get my food very quickly, and there is rarely a line. Food is always hot and has never been stale or unfit to eat. They do have a problem with certain machines being down or broken sometimes, which can be annoying. Coffee with creamer is not particularly hot, even when they have just brewed a fresh pot. If you want a drive-thru meal that's fast...
