This is the first Dunkin Donuts that has charged me for ice. I was charged 60 cents for a cup of ice. The woman states it throws off inventory. I guess they are perfect and get every order right and never have to throw a cup out. Ridiculous!
I went through the drive thru this afternoon and was screamed at through the microphone. It scared me and I visibly jumped. This was met with laughs through the speaker from the woman taking my order and another employee. I asked for a second to order because I was so shocked. I realized the drive thru had a camera and the employees were watching through the camera and had intentionally scared me to see my reaction.
