Don’t go after 12 PM. They don’t care and don’t try. They half ass your food and forget half the ingredients.

I 8/11-25. I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts up on Seneca Turnpike on Onondaga Hill in Syracuse and got the worst service possible, went in there to inform them about a coffee cup that I spent good money on that I wanted replaced because it was defective and when I asked to talk to a manager, they said why ?then some guy jumps in the conversation that I was not talking to at all, And then I asked the girl I was talking to for the corporate number for Dunkin’ Donuts and he jumped in again told me you can look it up !! He was rude , obnoxious and we will never visit them again. I asked to talk to Ashley because I heard she was a manager and they said no way of contacting her. We have no idea, on top of all that I walked in the store and stood there for well over 10 minutes before somebody even said, can I help you?

How can you not care about your job that much? Ordered through the drive through girl is on her phone taking my order this was about a few weeks ago. A few days ago I walk in to get my drink girl won’t even look me in the eyes and says maybe 1 or 2 words get a better attitude staff is so rude.

The employees were blasting rap music when I came in. They gave me coffee that was not the best, and there was no air conditioning, according to the staff. I haven't been there in a while and would rather use gas to go to a different place.

Have tried to give this location many many chances over the past few years. Issues with quality of food, mistakes with orders, closing before they are scheduled to, machines down, or just being out of many things early in the day. The list goes on and on. This location has the potential to be great but something needs to change.

Worst Dunkin. First, the girl at the window wasn't blatantly rude but she was literally on the phone when she was taking my payment. Like, earbuds-in-her-ears on the phone. After she handed me my drink I was trying to ask her for a straw but she couldn't hear me because she was talking with who she was on the phone with. (She wasn't the person taking the orders either, that was the girl behind her who had the headset on clearly taking the order for the car behind me.) Also, my coffee had two coffee beans in it. Are two coffees beans going to kill me? No. But it made me question the cleanness of how my drink was made and I couldn't bring myself to drink it. I will not be going back to this Dunkin and I do not recommend it.

Not super friendly, borderline rude. The kids even felt the attitude from the cashier this morning. I don't live here but if I did I would not go back. I don't need to pay money to feel like I am annoying someone.

clueless classless

It used to be an okay location about two or three years ago but recently the staff quality has dropped. You don't see that smile until they look at their phone. They're very slow I sat there for 8 minutes in the window, The only vehicle to go through at that time, no one behind me and no one in front of me, I sat there for 8 minutes for one drink. It would appear management is just being friends with staff instead of a boss.

I’m giving this place two stars mainly due to poor management. Out of the three employees working during my visit, it seemed like only one girl was actually running the show. The other two guys looked like they were still in training and weren’t confident in what they were doing.

This lack of proper staffing and support clearly falls on management. When I received my coffee, I could tell right away it wasn’t made like it usually is. Instead of asking them to remake it — they already seemed overwhelmed and frustrated — I just asked for an extra creamer on the side.

I really hope they get better training and leadership in place, because the team deserves to be set up for success.

Long wait even though there were only one or two people in line. Got the order wrong. Didn't give me my senior discount charged me for puppuccinos. They always were free and did not tell me that they were no longer free and they were only the size of a golf ball for a dollar and a half each and I bought two and the puppies didn't even seem to like them

I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ location because the employees always seem to have an attitude, but today was especially bad. I placed a mobile order ahead of time to save time, which I had never done before. I used Apple Pay, and the order confirmation only provided an order number—no name.

When I arrived, a male employee was polite and asked for the name on the order. I told him I had an order number, then noticed my drink on the counter with my name on it and said, “Oh wow, it does have my name—Kristina.” He handed me the drink with no issue, and I assume the system pulled my name from Apple Pay.

As I was walking away, a female employee behind the counter started speaking condescendingly about me, as if I couldn’t hear her, acting like I had no reason to respond the way I did. I wasn’t rude at all, so there was absolutely no reason for this to turn into a negative interaction.

If the employees dislike their jobs so much that they feel comfortable openly talking down about customers for no reason, maybe management needs to step in and improve their work environment. This was just weird, unprofessional, and completely ruined my mood.
