Customer service is as bad as you can get. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve gone here multiple times through the drive through and each time I feel like it gets worse. I’m going to avoid this location altogether now.

I don't normally write bad reviews but this location straight up sucks. It pales in comparison to the other establishments I've been to in the area. They were out of numerous items (seems to be a common occurrence here) and the workers delivered extremely poor customer service. They burned my croissant sandwich and quickly handed me my food and didn't say anything, which now I understand why. Safe to say I will never be returning to this location.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to (no exaggeration). If you want a hot sandwich they can’t do it because “they cleaned the stove”. If you want almond croissant they say “they never had them”. If you tell them it’s on your board they say “oh yeah we have the last one, I didn’t know we sell them”. When you drive up to them they mess up your coffee and say “sorry someone snitched the last croissant”. These guys don’t care whatsoever!

Hands down the worst Dunkin in the area. Usually only 20% of menu available. (Ask what they have prior to attempting an order) This location is only good if you’d like plain black coffee. It’d be easier if they just closed at this rate. I’ll drive 5/10 minutes further just to avoid this location
This location never has anything /hyp. Yesterday, their oven was down, so they were only taking drink orders. Today, they were out of cheese, bacon, and omelet bites. Not to mention, the employees there when they are out of items are not kind. When they have items, the employees are okay. When they did have items I typically order, they sometimes did not have proper containers. The wait is very long. To the point where I had to wait at least 10 minutes to order, and another maybe 20-30 for my food. They asked me to pull forward in the drive thru and gave other people their orders before me. I'm sure there was a reason for this, but sitting in front of the drive thru for 20 minutes watching people behind you drive off with their orders is not my idea of good service. If you want food, never go to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would...I continue to go back every few months and it's worse each time. Super slow, wrong orders or they just never have anything. Today no bagels. Such a disappointment to never see improvement or hear back from corporate when I have reached out!

The order was a few food things & two coffees- waited 10 minutes on the food and an additional 10 minutes on the drinks. Total chaos and disappointment at the place where to pick up. By the time the drinks were finally done, the food was almost cold. Everything was just standing all over the counter instead of the pick up area. Very disappointed!

This is the closest dunkin to my house and I don’t go here anymore. They frequently burn the coffee so bad it’s not drinkable. I have had some semi-burnt coffee from other locations and it’s been fine but here it is genuinely not drinkable. There is a dunkin 8 min from this one, go to that one instead.
