I just wish they would fix the huge holes in their exit drive. You shouldn't have to destroy your tires to get a cup of coffee.

whoever the lady is that worked 5am Saturday November 22, clearly wants a new job. Rude for absolutely no reason. Ended up canceling my order and going somewhere else

11/13/25 at 8 am I ask for a strawberry daydream refresher with cream instead of oat milk. A drink I’ve had made there probably 50 times. The girl in the drive thru refused to make it for me telling me it comes with oat milk. I repeatedly asked to replace the oat milk with cream. She again refused, was unprofessional and rude. I then went down to the Salina street location and they made the drink for me without hesitation. As a GM myself can someone please coach this employee who was working the window at this time to be on the same page with the rest of the employees

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive the wrong items twice. When I told them I didn’t want the order anymore and asked for a refund, they yelled at me, used offensive language, and took the food back without returning my money all of this happened in front of my children.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. I will never return.

I went into the restaurant order my food and the young lady who took my order didn't get it right I had to return to the restaurant 2 times to get my order right and the lady by the name of Shaw shaw started to harass me asking me that I want my money back and I told her no don't do that just give me my food and I will be on my Merry way I think she needs to be trained on more customer service skills

Don’t go after 12 PM. They don’t care and don’t try. They half ass your food and forget half the ingredients.

I 8/11-25. I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts up on Seneca Turnpike on Onondaga Hill in Syracuse and got the worst service possible, went in there to inform them about a coffee cup that I spent good money on that I wanted replaced because it was defective and when I asked to talk to a manager, they said why ?then some guy jumps in the conversation that I was not talking to at all, And then I asked the girl I was talking to for the corporate number for Dunkin’ Donuts and he jumped in again told me you can look it up !! He was rude , obnoxious and we will never visit them again. I asked to talk to Ashley because I heard she was a manager and they said no way of contacting her. We have no idea, on top of all that I walked in the store and stood there for well over 10 minutes before somebody even said, can I help you?

It’s says it close 7pm but when I came at 6:28pm The Doors was lock
How can you not care about your job that much? Ordered through the drive through girl is on her phone taking my order this was about a few weeks ago. A few days ago I walk in to get my drink girl won’t even look me in the eyes and says maybe 1 or 2 words get a better attitude staff is so rude.

The employees were blasting rap music when I came in. They gave me coffee that was not the best, and there was no air conditioning, according to the staff. I haven't been there in a while and would rather use gas to go to a different place.

Have tried to give this location many many chances over the past few years. Issues with quality of food, mistakes with orders, closing before they are scheduled to, machines down, or just being out of many things early in the day. The list goes on and on. This location has the potential to be great but something needs to change.
