This place is exquisite! I love how much the food has improved! It's one of the few places in Syracuse where you can eat good, clean food that tastes like Latin food. The place is always clean. The atmosphere was warm and humid, and the smell was nothing compared to the outside smell. Felt good to eat my meal at home. I ordered a large stewed cubed beef over white rice n beans. The mango is fresh . Ordered a side of plantain ? yummy. All I had was one over cooked plantain, which my bf ate with salt. No waste, and the portion will last me 2 days.
