Place has decent food, but there are more problems with this location than any other one I've been to. Today, for example, they didn't have gloves to make food. Last week, they ran out of bread, the week before it was some other excuse for not being able to make food. Too many times a month that this location has issues.

Absolutely horrendous. A half dozen employees and they can't get a coffee order right. Only a total of 2 customers in the drive thru. Asked for large,gave me a medium and then said is that fine. Meanwhile employees yelling and cursing in the back, mf this, mf that. We should definitely keep raising the minimum wage for idiots like this, soon enough the morons will be replaced by tech. This place constantly gets orders wrong and they don't care 1 bit. That was my last time going there.

Impressed that a donut shop offers vegetarian options. I had thr veggie egg white bites. Alexus was extremely friendly, and compassionate with a deaf customer--this is what customer service is all about.

No matter how polite you are most of the drive thru cashiers have disgusting attitudes. I usually stop here because it’s close to class but I’ll be going to velasko road. You’re around caffeine and sweets all day, eat something, perk up and treat customers with respect. Thank you.

I rarely review, but this place is so frustrating and they really need to get their s&%t together. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong, the wait is astronomical, or they've run out of something and make substitutions without asking you. So poorly run and managed!! My business will not be at this location, no matter how convenient it is.

Fast drive through. Flat out rude staff. The sausage was cold. The stale English muffin tasted like cleaning supplies. I went in and asked for something different and they were pretty mad at me. The people that work here don't get along with each other and are tossing poorly prepared food to customers who don't know that they shouldn't have come here. You'd think that it shouldn't be this hard to screw up something this simple, but the non-caring employees here will surprise you. Do not go here.

The window staff was beyond amazing and friendly this morning, well worth the wait in line! A friendly face and nice conversation is a great way to start the day. I LOVE this location, my order is always spot on and there is rarely a long wait. Great job!!!

Whomever was working the food and window around 10am Thursday morning 10/5 made me remember what a well made breakfast sandwich from Dunkin’ can taste like ! I stopped buying bfast food awhile back from here since it was always not throughly cooked or would taste old. Today I decided to try again and I’m so happy I did.

Yikes. This place has been on a steady downward spiral since pre pandemic, taking a sleigh ride into hell in gasoline underpants. You'll wait in line until your next birthday, and by the time you actually get to the person, they won't have what you want. Almost every single time. Just descend the hill and go to Velasko. Hope they flip the crew soon here, such a shame.
