We ate in for lunch on a Saturday. This was our first time, we were greeted and given menus and a quick overview on how things worked. Our sandwiches did not disappoint, they exceeded our expectations! This is a must if you are looking for a good sandwich in the Syracuse area, stop in and give them a try.

This is a local Internet find. I saw the review of somebody that went to get the "chopped sub" so myself and a few friends that through in, bought four Italian chopped subs and sat and ate them !!! FANTASTIC. I've been going to this deli for years. This is a new menu item and well played for them. They've also remodeled and the front end is gone. Great atmosphere. New side door right into the deli area. Great to see a forward thinking company. I'll be there more often !!

I was in the mood for a good sandwich so I came here and was delighted with my experience! The staff were friendly, the deli was nicely decorated, and there was a good selection of beer. I got the Ruben Sandwich and it was SO Delicious! There’s no comparison to how satisfying that sandwich tasted. I also treated myself to strawberry cobbler which just came out the oven. Really hit the spot on this windy Fall Day. To top off the experience, while I waited there was a complimentary hot herb tea to sip.

The sandwiches were big and really flavourful and the fridges had a wide variety of sodas, some gourmet and great selection of beer that you could sit and watch some football and at the end they would ring your food up and scan each bottle.

I really enjoyed my experience there. The only reason I gave 4 stars on food is because the pricing is just too high for me for what i got. Tenders and fries were $19, but big subs could be $13. Overall for someone who loves meatball subs, this place is for you.

A friend and I stopped for a meal before the concert. It was hard to decide with so many choices. I had the BLT and Mac salad. It was very good. My friend had her usual Burger and fries. This time it was actually cooked to order and the fries were perfect ! Other restaurants have over/ under cooked. The 2 men working were very pleasant. (owner)? It’s the BEST deli on the East Coast, if anyone goes anywhere else they’re missing out on the Best food, service and the finest people ever‼️ I can’t say enough about their operation. I’ve spent many years traveling on business and have been to-SO MANY deli’s and not one can even come close to the State Fair Deli. Thanks to all who work in the store, from the owners on down, once again the Best ‼️

Don't know how I went so long without knowing about this place. Friendly atmosphere and service, staff is awesome, beer selection is outstanding, food is off the charts. Best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. I'd like to try something else, but I can't stop eating the Reubens, lol. They let you make your own 4 packs to go (from inside the cooler so the ones in front are left intact), or have one while you wait. Buy a full case of 4-packs (6 total) and get a free sandwich. It's hard to explain, but... I can go there by myself, and I don't feel alone. I love the place. Cheers!
