Ranchers Choice NY, Inc. is a family restaurant offering family style eating with a smoker that provides great meat flavors. The slow cooking BBQ smell makes mouths water upon arrival. The salad bar and soup are included with every meal, with the salad bar kept fresh and frequently filled. Smoked Prime Rib is available every Saturday night, cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. The brisket is the best some have ever had, beyond tender and melt in your mouth tender. Other menu items include pulled pork, ribs that are huge and soaked with sauce, Texas burger, and sides like Cowboy Beans (a must have), Smoked Mac & Cheese, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, and cornbread. The food is a lot for the price and delicious. Staff are friendly, pleasant, super kind, and very attentive. The owners and their staff make for a wonderful experience with food made with heart and perfection. It is perfect for a date night or a dinner outing with a group of friends, and definitely worth a drive.
