I ordered a cappuccino with milk but they didn't have any so I ordered oatmilk. I'm not a real fan of oatmilk. And the cappuccino tasted diluted.

Located in the mall..Grabbed a Carmella coffee from here..my boyfriend had a regular coffee.Both of the were good. Didn't have a line and was made promptly. The prices were reasonable as well..It looked like you can buy coffee beans and other coffee related things here as well.Will definitely get another coffee from here next time I'm at the mall.

I order online. They offer a discount on the 9th of every month. The flavored coffee is unique. I like their organic coffee. No harsh chemicals to upset my stomach. I highly recommend them whether you order online or in one of their stores!

All I did was finally buy a bag of coffee. It was some off the worst coffee I've bought. It didn't smell like coffee and it tasted off. I hate to say it but it was even worse than the bulk food brands. It might be the first coffee I actually throw away, but I hate waste, so I might mix it with another freshly ground coffee that I know doesn't taste like the armpit of a sloth.

Probably the best coffee spot in the area in my opinion! Finger lakes offers a range of coffee selection and even has limited editions during holidays and such from what I’ve seen “Jamaican Me Crazy” is easily my favorite and try to buy my coffee here only! They do have an online store that can be helpful at times as well! This place is inside the mall so it can get busy, lots of seating, pretty small inside. Staff are always really nice/helpful ?

The store was dirty and the two employees were MISERABLE. No “hello”, no “goodbye”, no friendliness.
We came by around 2:00 PM, and they were out of most things. We thought it must be because they're about to close, but they're open til 7:00. They took our orders and payment before letting us know they had no milk for the lattes. They gave us the options for oat, almond or soy milk. When we chose oat milk, they came back again and said they don't have enough for that either. It was two young people there alone, and they didn't seem to have a sense for what was going on. We asked for the prices of some of the items at the counter and they didn't really know. I'm not accustomed to oat or soy milk, but I tried both lattes we got and they were both still delicious. I got an almond latte (with oat milk), she got a peanut butter latte with almond milk. The peanut butter taste was very subtle, and the drinks weren't very hot. They have a huge variety of beans you can buy, pretty much any flavor you can imagine. If I were in the market to buy beans, there are a dozen or more I'd wanna try from here.

The moment you walk in, you are instantly greeted with a delicious scent of coffee. It makes you excited to order your coffee! There is a wall where you can order beans, and pour any amount you want of a wide variety. Coffee was made quickly and kindly, and it was excellent. Even the sweet flavor shots were not overly sugary. The vibe of the shop was also on point.

Coffee is fantastic. Smoothies and frozen drinks are as well. Honestly, one of the best coffee shops beverage wise that I have visited within the Syracuse area. I'd go and adventure through the mall for that alone and admittedly have before! Also really love the wide selection of flavors to pick and choose from.Downside however was super unfriendly customer service on each visit I have made. Staff seemed very disconnected and like it was a bother to have to help serve customers. Really would love to rate higher, but can't based on that alone. :(

We tried the caramel and chocolate frappuccinos. They weren't overly sweet which we liked, and were a good way to beat the heat. The variety of coffees can be smelt from way outside the store so we hoped we could experience them in our drinks, but they're mostly for buying and not all available to test.
