I went with my 3 grandsons and they gave gannons a tall order, very detailed with the toppings and they got it perfectly. We all enjoyed the ice cream as usual ?!

I got the milky way ice cream and it was divine. My boyfriend got the apple pie flavor and enjoyed it too. The place is always packed with people and the ice cream is great.

This ice cream store never disappoints. Great selection of more than 20 choices. Children sizes and mega scoops. Outdoor seating too. Pumpkin Ice Cream is here this Fall. Yummy!

OMG!Very delicious ice cream. I got one scoop of Milkyway and that was just amazing.Staff was very helpful on giving samples.I went in a Wednesday afternoon and didn't need to wait in the line. Happy with ambience as well.Overall five stars.Definitely recommend Milkyway.

My husband & I are ice cream fanatics. Wherever we travel we always look for local ice cream shops, especially if it is homemade. We went to Gannon's last night as we were in Syracuse. Hands down, the best ice cream we ever had. It was so flavorful and creamy. The mint chip had big chunks of chocolate which I love. Highly recommend.
If you’re in the mood for great ice cream this is it. But if you’re on a date or just want a relaxing time to enjoy sitting in a cool parlor with AC, well they turned that into storage. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Now you’re stuck eating quickly melting ice cream either in the ugly parking lot seating or your car. Half the time there’s not even enough seating or the sun is blasting you in the face. The experience used to be perfect. Please open up the parlor again. Store your stuff somewhere else. Your customers will be much happier! Until then, NOT recommended for date. It used to be cool. Both meanings.

I ordered a Snickers Explosion with Sea Salt Ice Cream... there was a party in my mouth and tummy. It looked nice in the bowl and tasted even better!Sorry no pic, I ate it too fast ?

Amazing, homemade ice cream! The strawberry shortcake sundae is a must try - the homemade biscuits really take it to the next level. The portions are very generous and the staff is always super friendly and polite.
