Too bad , usually good food , good service. This time order was wrong ,called and said oh that's my bad , never offered to replace the wrong items or refund money . Instead said oh the pizza cheese hides the pepperoni, nope sorry a few pieces didn't even have pepperoni on it . Bad service,good food , wish they got it right

We ordered on grub hub at 5:41 and the arrival was 7:05-7:15 and we call at 7:30 and the girl on the phone was snooty and said that it would be there shortly, we waited another 30 minutes then called back. Then they told us we had to wait 40 more minutes

No matter how long I wait to go pick-up, I still have to wait a good 15 minutes. I think they wait for me to come in the door to drop the wings in the fryer. It is also very expensive for a pizza shop. I don´t like how we ordered a large pizza and wings separately only later to find out I could have saved some money had I ordered the deal they have when you bundle everything together. They should have seen that my order matched it and suggested this when paying. They would have gained a regular client.

Service has gone way downhill since it be Gemellis. We have had several issues with orders but the last has put me over the edge. $56 for one pizza and 20 wings. I ordered via the Slice app. The order said it would be ready at 6:29, I had placed the order at 5:53. I arrived to the shop at 6:39 and still ended up waiting another 20 minutes before it was finished. I got the order home only to realize the pizza toppings were wrong and the wings were over cooked. I complained and they are refunding me a whopping $5. That barely covers the taxes I paid.

I am so happy to have found Gemellis. Their pizza and wings are spot on. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared quickly. I ordered online last time and it was the easiest food app ever. Check them out you’ll be glad you did!
Once again, good pizza is ruined by cutting into strips. If these places are going to insist on cutting a pizza wrong, make it a square. Round pizza triangle, square pizza strips... it's that
I can’t imagine being the guy who ordered food and didn’t receive it for 3 hours… and then actually didn’t receive it… don’t screw over friends

A close friend of mine ordered from here for football Sunday. He received nothing but excuses from the staff (for HOURS) relating to a delivery that never showed up and is now being harassed on social media by someone affiliated with the company. Considering we all have extensive background in the restaurant industry, it’s safe to say the service and behavior from the staff (or friends / family of the staff) is downright AWFUL. Based on the significant amount of poor reviews, I sincerely don’t think this is a public problem, but a sincere problem relating to management and ownership. Get it together.

It’s going on 3 hours and we haven’t received our food. We ordered here once before and everything was great. Called a few times and was told “it’s on its way”. Too many take out places in the area for such bad service. Threw my menu on the garbage and will never order again.Responding to the TERRIBLE response from the owner. We ordered at 12:15. I said it was going on 3 hours. It was almost 3 pm when I wrote my review. Judging by your last few reviews you won’t be in business much longer. I don’t like to bash local business but you guys deserve it. You’re absolutely terrible.

We went for the first and most definitely last time to pick up dinner. Wildly overpriced chicken tenders and fried ravioli - straight from a bag in the freezer. Worst was my salad, which I got after i reminded the the staff I ordered. As I was not given it initially. Pic is the half the salad I ordered. Supposedly antipasto but was actually a bag garden mix with a few slices of ham and cheese. Please note the incredibly wilted and decaying lettuce.If you are only going to focus on wings and pizza, please give the rest of us a heads up on the rest of the sub par food
