Love this place. The owners are friendly helpful and attentive. The brewery is labor of love and their passion shows. The food is amazing. They have plenty of beer varieties from light to dark. Highly recommend!
The beer here is absolutely outstanding! It's in its own class and by far the best in the area (if not the US)That said, we don't go as often as we'd like for a few reasons.First, do NOT go hungry. The food is in such a high contrast to the quality of the beer as to be completely ignored. By far my favorite upstate NY brewery thus far. Belgain styled like many others in CNY, but very small and cozy. We visited on an extra snowy day which only added to the hominess. The ambiance and decor is very belgian and farmhouse driven, most if not all of their ingredients are locally sourced which only adds to the appeal for me.
