Gong Cha is really hit and miss.
In terms of authentic taste and quality. I think it is the best bubble tea in all of Syracuse. And I went out of my way to find all of them.
The problem is that often times the servers don't know anything other than how to make the tea. They don't know anything about the customer point redemption program. I tried to make an order and xl and I couldn't, and the serve didn't know why. I asked for descriptions...

5 star for the first trip on a Sunday when the short asian girl made our drinks it was perfect, however today it was different asian girl with blonde hair and she did not make good drinks, we can in and order on the kiosk and sat down to wait for it, from what I know most of these drinks are pouring into a drink shaker to shake so the syrups dissolve completely into the drink and she did not do that, she just pour syrup on the bottom of the cup and added green tea on top (passionfruit...
