Only been here twice but love it. Chill atmosphere and the best boba I’ve ever had. Second time I dropped my drinks and they were nice enough to remake them without charging me. They didn’t have to do that and I felt so bad. But that alone earns them 5 stars, not even mentioning the amazing drinks, donuts and corn dogs. Thank you again ?
Sadly, I haven't been there in person yet, hoping to visit soon! I've ordered delivery many times and their corn dogs, mochi donuts and bubble tea always hit the spot! All the textures are so perfect and everything is so fresh!
As an Asian American who's lived in Syracuse for almost a decade, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Gong Cha had opened up shop here. It's a well-known international bubble tea chain, and having it right in Armory Square is a real treat.The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown, making it a convenient spot to grab a drink while out and about.
