I have been to other GBB and never had the same experience I have here. Staff is exceptional at table and bar, food is always perfectly seasoned and cooked, seasonal foods and brews never cease to delight the palette. Bartenders are well versed in what is available and the tastes they have. Pairings on the menu are a good way to choose the beverage to accompany your meal. Not a mall fan, but I like this GBB!

We sat down pretty quickly with our reservation but we told two people when our food came that we didn’t have silverware. We didn’t need up getting the silverware until the food was cold. My fiancé’s steak was RAW had to be sent back to the kitchen. I waitress offered some sides to eat while he was waiting but he declined. I ordered a beer it was forgotten about. Overall nothing was deducted from the bill even though my fiancé had to eat his steak once everyone else was done eating their food. When our bill came we were charged in full for everything even though everything was delayed. Overall disappointed with our dinner.

Loved the food, but Bryann seemed inconvenienced by my presence and was very rude to me and my two children. He kept giving them dirty looks! Would highly recommend the Gastropub burger and Garlic fries!!!

Usually a great place but today I had the worst experience. After a brief wait we (party of 4) were seated. Waited 15 mins to get our drink orders, we placed our food orders at the same time since it had taken so long. We all ordered appetizers. Then we waited a full 90 minutes with only one check-in from our server moments before our food came. All the food was cold, cheese sauce was solidified, nachos were soft and the chicken was petrified. One party member got boneless wings which were cold and soggy. I love GB and have raved about them in the past but this location and this visit have sadly let me down.
We Waited 45 minutes for a salad, 2 kids meals, wings & fries and tacos. The food tasted and felt (my rice was crispy on top ) like it had sat under the warmer for a half hour. My husbands wings looked like they came from a pigeon (that's how small they were). The staff acted like the complaints were normal occurrences. They took my meal off the bill because they gave me the wrong type of taco shells. The waiter wasn't even apologetic. He never offered to refill our beverages. Fries were over salted, the fried chicken on my moms salad was cold. Will never return.

I rarely get a chance to leave work for lunch but while running an errand I popped in for a bite. Friendly and quick service with a great menu selection. Will definitely be back for dinner.

Tried this brewery for the first time mid-day and the place was empty yet service was still disappointing. We ordered beers mixed drinks wings and burgers. The good: Everything tasted good! The just ok: service, long waits, prices. Our waitress did not even tell us that there was a happy hour menu, and we found their regular lunch menu a bit pricey. The burgers were excellent although mine came without a top bun because it fell off on the way out from the kitchen and it took about 5 minutes while we were all just sitting and waiting to get a new one. The sides of fries were quite good but small portions, it was enough for us but would not have been enough if we had been trying to share. We ordered mules and tried beer from their brewery and all were delicious. Would try again but definitely will be asking for a happy hour menu.

Worst burger. The patty was cooked all right but the coin sized tomato and wilted lettuce, no condiments until I asked left this really unappealing.
