We had a party of 9 celebrating 3 birthdays. Our server, Helen, was super nice about running back and forth with our many requests. We definitely appreciated her! Our menu choices were varied. Steak, Alfredo, rice bowls, wings, mac & cheese, etc. Everything was fantastic! For a party of 9 with multiple appetizers and drinks, our bill was just a hair under $400 (after a $25 Syracuse Eats coupon). The place was clean, spacious, well lit without being bright, and the service was spot on. Jammer's will get a second visit from us!

Our server's name was Sarah and while we were grateful that she checked with the kitchen regarding truly getting a gluten free meal for my wife who is allergic to gluten and was assured that would happen, it didn't and my wife was sick the rest of the night and next couple days due to cross contamination. The very cold food was served on piping hot plates. My burger on a brioche bun was rare, not medium and so many drippy toppings that the bun fell apart when I picked it up. My wife's grilled chicken was so overcooked and dry that it was difficult to cut and the broccoli was so barely cooked as to be almost raw. When I told someone about it they said that's why they only order pizza and drinks. Had we not called in advance regarding my wife's allergy and been assured by the person we spoke with, we wouldn't have tried this restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be back

Let me start by saying that we got there at about 8:40pm after checking into the hotel next door. It came as a surprise that on a Saturday night with nothing else around except a hotel within walking distance that a sports bar would close at 9:00pm. We were able to order fried food and pizzas, but the grills were already shut down for the night. The pizza and wings were delicious, but we did have to wait 30-40 minutes for our food, which considering it was just the 4 of us ordering, it should have been quicker. The other two groups that were eating food, already had their food, so we didn't have to wait our turn. They had plenty of TVs to watch the games, but felt more like a fine dining establishment than a sports bar. I would recommend later hours on Friday and Saturday nights, especially if there are events in the area that run late in the evening. When we were leaving, we watched 3 groups of people that were turned away because of the locked doors. Highly recommend the pizzas.

Jammers is a typical sports bar type place. The food was good, the service was very fast. I liked the way the tap beer is served --the beer is "poured" into the mugs from the bottom leaving less foamy head. I can't say it really affected the taste but a friend said he thought it tasted less flat. It may not be that new of a method but it was the first time I've seen it.

Food was very good, but service was kinda slow and disorganized. Took awhile to get our drinks. I was a table of 6 and when the good arrived my friends’s food didn’t come. We had to ask three times for it. There were plenty of servers on for the amount of customers so I’m not sure where the problem was.

Tasty food, just don't be in a hurry...VERY limited staff. Maybe because it was a Monday? ...vs a weekend? Was just passing through.

We made reservations and arrived on time. We were shown to our table and told that a waiter would be right with us. Nobody came to wait on us for over ten minutes. I finally flagged down on if the waiters and asked if he could send over our waiter. He seemed confused but said he would be happy to wait on us. From there on all went well. I think the place is one of those where you order off the menu from a QR code on your handheld, which is fine, but the fellow seating us said nothing about that and that a waiter would come. The food was okay, the menu was far more limited than the menu shown on the website, usual bar food. My son and I wanted NY strip steaks, show on the online menu but settled for Prime Rib. My wife wanted the Strip steak as well but ended up with a pizza, which she enjoyed. It's a big, cavernous space with tables and booths around the perimeter, and huge TV screens above the seating areas playing all the sports. There is a big bar in the middle of the room. The waiter was friendly and efficient, and the food was good. It wasn't really the experience we were looking for, maybe we missed something on the website. But overall, we did enjoy our selves.

Really never had a bad meal here. It's a fun bar. Great place to watch a game. Keto option of choice for me the the hangover burger on a lettuce wrap.
