My family and I ordered at 11:10am today. Yes, I have the phone record to prove. I was told our food would be here within an hour. Finally at 1230 I called to see where the food was. I was told they were waiting for the driver. Again called at 1pm to be told our food was just made and waiting for driver. After spending 90 bucks it was 2 hours after our order was put in and still no food. My husband called asking for a refund to be told to F off by the management. After I had to go get our food instead of the delivery we asked for we still didnt have everything we ordered. We spend with this place weekly and every since they moved we have had nothing but issues with them. Today was the final day doing any busineas with them. We will share with our friends and family who also support this business. Nobody was trying to get free food.. simply wanted the 90 dollars worth of food we ordered at 11 am!!!! When they opened!!! Very unproffessional.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery! Called and manager told me to F off no credit . now my family orders from this place frequently . The order was almost 100 dollars every time we order. We will not order from this place again

We went with family. It took a long time for the food to arrive but it arrived hot and delicious. One person’s food was overdone but waitress offered a replacement. Restaurant was very cold , kept my coat on.
I very much liked the chicken quesadilla. Husband liked his fish dinner. Would try again.

So first time order and I was not happy there chicken wings was nasty… there pizza sauce taste sweet and the cheese wasn't cheesy and it wasn’t hot when he got it. The 2 liter was also hot. This place was not worth the price of the food.
Just had a couple drinks at the bar. No music playing. Bartender spent most of the time chatting with regulars at other end of bar. We had to request her attention to get another drink. Didn't want to bother her to order food. We left.

My wife and I have been going to Danzers since the original was on Park St. We live in the Binghamton area now and made the trip to the (now) JD at Danzers on Friday, Jan 19. They have wisely combined some of the classics from the Danzer's menu with American and Italian fare. My wife has always been a fan of their Reuben and the mushroom appetizer, and wasn't disappointed. I tried the chicken parm and it was excellent and generous. I always liked the Spaten beer on tap and they still have it. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Prices are reasonable. The place is clean and comfortable. Recommended!

Their were of us for lunch! No one dish of food was good! Rueban, saurerbaten, spitzel,Spitzer,. The only good thing was the onion soup!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE GERMAN FOOD@MAYBE THE CHEF WAS HAVING A BAD DAY BUT ALL LUNCHES ?

It took forever to get my order and the pizza was cold by the time I got it. The delivery person (cost $3 to go less than a mile plus the tip which he didn't deserve) wouldn't even bring it to the front door of my building (RUDE!). After over an hour had passed, I had called the place wondering where my pizza was, the person who answered claimed the driver was out and would deliver as soon as they got back. She "claimed" the roads were bad, but I had driven recently and the roads were clear. The pizza was greasy, bad tasting - especially the sauce and not worth the money nor the aggravation AT ALL. Between the eh pizza, the delivery and tip, it ended up costing me the price of a steak dinner.
