Just had a couple drinks at the bar. No music playing. Bartender spent most of the time chatting with regulars at other end of bar. We had to request her attention to get another drink. Didn't want to bother her to order food. We left.
My wife and I have been going to Danzers since the original was on Park St. We live in the Binghamton area now and made the trip to the (now) JD at Danzers on Friday, Jan 19. They have wisely combined some of the classics from the Danzer's menu with American and Italian fare. My wife has always been a fan of their Reuben and the mushroom appetizer, and wasn't disappointed. I tried the chicken parm and it was excellent and generous.
