My family of 4 and I had dinner at Kasai on a Saturday night. I had heard about the restaurant on the radio and have been wanting to check it out for months now. We sat at a table next to the bar and it was the bartender who served us. I had a lot of questions about the menu and we were so impressed by and thankful for her knowledge. She was great. I've traveled all over the place (japan included) and have been spoiled by some amazing restaurants in my time. As such, my bar is pretty high, and I've struggled to find many places in Syracuse I'd recommend, but this is one of them. Innovative, consistent, and more than just Ramen.

Listen. I live in LA/SD, work all over the country every week, and this is the most unique ramen I've ever had. Also, THEY MAKE THEIR OWN FRESH NOODLES. That is only an NYC/LA type of dining experience in Syracuse?! I've read other comments about the flavors not being traditional and prices being a little high. Both true.
