Food was amazing great deal on Mondays so that was nice. Tears was great. Service was really bad. Never once checked to see how the food was if I need anything. Got the food dropped off and didn't see the server again til I got the bill. Im actually writing this as im still here sitting down got the bill about 15mins ago finishing the tea. Surprised because the people that work the grab and go arr always amazing

We’d been here once before, I brought my kids tonight. It was extremely busy but the staff worked tirelessly. Excellent waiter, he even brought an acoustic guitar out to sing happy birthday to another guest. There was a mistake with my appetizer but the waiter was apologetic and the manager came over to apologize and explain the delay. He checked in on us twice more during the meal. The gyoza was the best my daughter has had, and my kimchi calamari with mushrooms was unique...

Always a good meal. Usually dine in but did take out this time. Appreciate the portion of food not decreasing and the price not increasing because I couldn’t dine in this time. Just thought that was worth mentioning for any new Koto fans ☺️
