Onondaga Blvd location Syracuse, NY. It just depends on who FEELS like working that day. Seems every employee is high in the back cooking and just do not care of the quality of work that goes into making a good pizza or pizza related products. Their timing to bring out pizzas after the morning manager leave is WAY OFF!! Your best bet is to order as soon as they open when the manager is there and the quality of food is best. After 2pm....GOOD LUCK!!

They don’t use gloves. I saw some of the workers in the back make a pizza, put the cheese on it with her bare hands then come straight to the front to take an order on the cash register. I never went back after that. Plus, not one worker in there seems to be over the age of like 25. Just a bunch of kids doing whatever behind the counter.

They leave the phone off the hook or turn the ringer off so they don't have to take phone orders, when you order in store and don't get the hot and ready and they have to make something they cop an attitude with you, let's not get it started and when they mess up something simple and you just request what you paid for, online orders forget about it I ordered food it said it would be done in 20 minutes an hour and 45 minutes later my food still was not done

Before you read just know I understand it is little Cesars on the west side I get it but The simple fact I called them 5 times and not a single person answered the phone is insane to me you’re a pizza place I’ve worked in multiple pizza shops y’all just really suck seriously

It was very hot inside and had to wait 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. As I waited, the small area filled up with 10 more customers waiting on service. Cashier did alright considering but was clearly frustrated with the lack of help there and vocalized it. He started turning away customers who didn't order online. This place needs some serious help. Also ran out of cash and couldn't break a 20 so I had to use credit.

they forgot to give me two of the items I ordered and when I called to see if I could come get it they refused to answer the phone and then ended up taking their phone off the hook so that way no one could call. this was the worst experience I've ever had

This place should be closed the staff is so unprofessional and disgusting nobody is ever in uniform and wear what they want. It stinks of weed every time I go in the ceiling is just about black and the back is a mess I waited in line inside for 45 minutes just to be told nobody inside can order anymore as they have to focus on other orders. (Online orders). Why not say that when people walk in (excuse me we are no longer taking orders sorry for the inconvenience) just we ain’t taking no mo orders. Even if you do get a pizza it’s always under cooked and you gotta re cut it when you get home it’s literally pizza not hard to do
