I made my order at 7:49pm. A simple 10 piece large meal. The kiosk didnt print my receipt but my name usually appears so I was waiting to hear my name. Never heard my name nor my order description. At 8:28pm, I walked up and talked to an employee about my order. He immediately went to rectifying the issue. Someone is a different colored shirt overheard him asking about my order and showed him where the old orders were supposed to be and just directed him to remake the order. She didnt not give these instructions in a respectful manner at all. There were also complaints from other staff when they were asked by this employee about my order. The woman put the nuggets in the back and shoved it in his chest.
There’s a dead and sluggish energy in this store and a lingering attitude of people being negative at this job when it’s their choice to work here. Shoutout to the cashier tho.

Do not come here. This location lacks the ability to prepare orders correctly and to serve warm food. On top of that, I was handed a coke that was heavily mixed with ALCOHOL. I was given one of the employees drinks which had freaking alcohol in it. After I realized it, I immediately drove back and informed the manager handing her the drink. Only to be given a replacement drink and a sorry. How gross. Even the official mcdonalds forum page didn't seem to care, just thanked me for letting them know. I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. Find a different McDonald's.

Amazing service! Great eats! The rats were very nice and inviting as soon as I walked in, they greeted me at the door with a big smile and a coat rack. i even bit into one in my burger!! Instead of children at the play-place, there were RATS. Great service though, would recommend the rats. if you love mickeydees rats, HIT that subscribe button. #ratswag #i love rats

This place is crazy. Its cold inside no heat at all. Smelled like pee. The bathroom was a mess. I put my order in and 5 others order after me and left before I got my food. My fries had hair in them. The workers were arguing about what job someone could not finish and who was going to finish it. I do not recommend this place at all... go to a different restaurant!!!
Cashier was nice, but was on her phone, manager was heard swearing very loudly. Inside the restaurant needed attention. A customer fell in the vestibule as I was walking out. Wet floor signs were out, a dry mop could have been done.

Wish I could give the service negative stars. We ordered breakfast on Christmas. Yes I’m aware some stores are closed but google said they were open and the app let us make an order and took our money. Now it’s been well over a month and we still haven’t gotten our refund or even a replacement meal. We just finally got a call yesterday that they cannot refund us due to it being too long for us to get ahold of them. Mind you we called customer service the next day and spoke with the store not long after. They are basically trying to steal our money at this point. Then we were told by a Mrs. Davis that she would write a note for us to get a replacement meal whenever we’d like because, like I said, we couldn’t be refunded now. Well, my boyfriend went to the store tonight to get his replacement meal (a meal of the same value) and was denied. Then he asked when we could come into the store to get it and was told he couldn’t get a schedule. We just wanted our money back and now we just want our food. It’s been well over a month and nothing, no quality service or consideration. I’m absolutely appalled by how this store handles customers. Maybe a different interaction will change my mind but for now I’m just very disappointed in how all of this was handled. :,(

I went to drive threw and ordered a fish sandwich and double quarter pounder meal Medium....I know next time check my bag ...my fish sandwich was not thier and they gave me 4 piece chicken nuggets messed my order up this happens a lot to me not good for customer who Like Mc Donalds
