What a delightful spot in Hendricks! Went twice over the course of my visit here this month. Lots of coffee options, plenty of vegan options, too. Student -run, with many students buying and sipping here. Friendly and lovely. Don't miss it.
I founded People's Place 50 years ago and was there today as they are filming for a 50 year celebration. The prices have gone up a bit in 50 years, but the welcoming atmosphere hasn't changed a bit.
Everyone working there is so friendly! They have healthy options, as well as amazing prices that no other cafe on campus has. I highly recommend the iced hazelnut coffee with almond milk.
