Worst food I have ever had at PF Chang and at this Syracuse location. Something has changed. No flavor at all in dynamite Shrimp. Sesame chicken was all tiny pieces of breading, over cooked, if there was chicken it was turned into rubber. Brussels same issue as shrimp- no flavor. Server was lovely but everything took way way too long. We left disappointed and won't be back.

The service was uneven, some items coming quickly others had a long wait. The table was not bussed quickly, at times, not at all. For four adults the check approached almost $250 for not a great deal of food and beverages.

Wow, way downhill. Service was bad, super slow, and inappropriate to say the least. Food was almost inedible, over sauced, just not good. Lettuce wraps were fine but that's it. Likely won't return to this location. Hostess served our food. It was a mess.
