I stopped in after work to place 2 to go orders @ 6:30pm yesterday 4/7/24 close @ 7. As I was about to order the young girl behind the counter said I just put cleaning chemicals on griddle I hope you don't want anything from there. Of course both my orders were from griddle. She said she could rinse it off and proceeded to the back where she filled a pitcher w water. Meantime the young man proceeded to approach the order counter and asked me what I wanted to order. I again said I'm waiting on the other worker to rinse off chemicals from the griddle & he proceeded to tell me sorry we can't use griddle so is there anything else off the menu that you would want. I immediately became very upset and proceeded to ask why would you clean the griddle this early if you close @ 7. I then proceeded to tell him the hours on the door and website should be changed to reflect their cleaning regime. I also said this was a shit poor business plan and said I would reach out to the owner and discuss this matter Im not much of a fan of Yelp, but definitely thought this was deserving of a negative review. It's unfortunate bc the day before I had an amazing wrap with great service from 2 entirely different workers. Disappointed customer

I didn’t go inside my food was picked up by coworker.The lettuc was brown, the panini was 1/4 thick not what I expected at all and didn’t taste great at all. I will not be ordering from here again. $18 dollars for a terrible panini.

The gentleman working this evening were a delightful crew, there were two of them.not only service with a smile but also automatically corrected an error without hesitation, and they were efficient....it is nice to see places with beautiful customer service like these two tonight, so full of energy and life....thank you for humming along to Christmas music and service with a smile...you guys are amazing and deserve a raise!!!!Kid-friendliness: They were not swearing and in the Christmas spirit mode...loved it

We were excited to try this place, it's right next to the house. We walked in and immediately felt like an inconvenience. There was a young girl and an older lady. The lady was very surly and pretty abrupt. We had two sandwiches, they were made wrong and fell apart. Very
Food is ALWAYS delicious and fresh. Love the crew of young men that work there. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me during a recent visit. I accidentally locked my keys in the car- without hesitation they helped me. WONDERFUL service with a smile, EVERY TIME my family and I have come in.

Food was overly priced. A grilled cheese w/tomato and basil is 13.99. No chips or sides cone with that. The cannoli says made-to-order, but the shell was clearly frozen and tasted stale while the filled tasted like vanilla frosting instead of ricotta filling. Overall, I spent way too much for an unsatisfying meal.

Ordered two cob salads and get home to find no egg or bacon on the salads. Called and were told they're sorry they forgot to mention they are out of bacon but that we could come back and get the egg. Get back there and a kid in his pajama pants tells me we can't have any credit for the salad "cause it's just missing bacon." Folks here are rude and don't value my time or commitment to the quality of the food they serve.
