PZO is a NYS Fair tradition. This year I was shocked to witness the grill cook. A bald headed man with a grey bandanna verbally abused the wait staff to a point of putting one into tears. I know staff is hard to get but this guy is a bottom feeder. He should not be anywhere near the service industry. I can only imagine how he treats people when no one is looking if he is so abusive when customers are standing right there. I spoke to the manager on duty. She made excuses for him. Shocked this culture is allowed. It’s not hard being nice to people!!
Kid-friendliness: Would not allow my children to go to the counter because I do not want my children to witness a cook abuse the staff

At the State Fair, it was hot. I needed just ice and asked to buy a cup of ice. The staff were amazing. Both ladies at the front handed me a large cup of ice and a bottle of water!! Thank you thank you thank you for your kindness !!! Your food was also amazing .

You should have your employees take their smoke breaks somewhere other than under the tent where all your customers are eating 🤷🏼♀️

This is my 25th year working at PZO's. I am very proud to carry on a tradition started over 75 years ago.
