Ordered 20 wings over the phone , was told it would be 30-40 minutes mind you I called at 5:43pm on October 16th 2023 I called maybe 11 times and the phone said not receiving any outbound calls right now , I never received my food . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody !!!

Do not order from them for delivery though the app (slice)...order arrived 2 hours before scheduled and the added items I paid over $8 for not delivered and the app would not refunded the $$ because the restaurant said it was delivered...

this is the worst pizza place in the Syracuse area I ordered a mushroom cheeseburger and 2 cheeseburger deluxe's I also ordered 3 big slams instead of sending the big slams like I wanted they sent 3 of the 2 liter bottles the burgers were small and the French fries were a very small portion ( TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THERE WAS A PIEACE OF PLASTIC IN MY BURGER ) Every since the new owners took over things have gone down hill the orders are always cold and there is always a messed up And the staff is very rude they do not understand English and they barely speak any English I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still messed it up The parking to this place is a nightmare They should not be in businessParking: it is a nightmare and very limited

Call ahead and got told misinformation. Walked in to get the chicken dinner and some pizza and the pizza was the only thing that wasn’t nasty. The fries were unseasoned and burnt. I ordered garlic parmasean wings and got plain wings with no sauce. I rarely leave reviews but if it wasn’t for my fiance enjoying the pizza this would’ve been a waste of 15 dollars

I've been going to Sabatino's for several years now. They have made a few updates to the inside of the store. They closed off one entrance, so it makes it a little better to have one point of entry. The food is always phenomenal, and the quick service is welcomed. The staff has changed but the new staff seems very accommodating. I would definitely recommend a visit. Great job keeping the quality of food up. Thanks.

Ordered Sabatinos last night through the Slice app. It tasted really good but about 22 hours later my small family of three developed diarrhea within an hour and a half of each other. It’s been chaos with one bathroom and we’re all miserable. We rarely eat out anymore because everything is getting so expensive. This is the only takeout/delivery we’ve had in a week. I asked for a refund through the Slice app. According to the customer support rep Sabatinos closed early in their system and wasn’t answering the phone. Be safe and eat somewhere that isn’t going to make you sick. I’m really disappointed I ate leftovers before the diarrhea hit - not looking forward to tomorrow.
