I got the rice with gandules and carne frita, it was pretty good. I like the whole wood cabin vibe they got going on. The restaurant actually had a line to the door but only one girl working. So what should have been a 5-8 minute wait turned into 25-30 minutes because this girl was taking her time. But other than that I won't mind visiting this restaurant next time I'm in the cuse✌?
It was my first time here. I really enjoyed the meal. My fave is the empanada, it was really tasty, with a nice mix of meat and seasonings that complemented each other. The texture was just right, not too hard or too soft. It smelled really good. Each bite was enjoyable, and the flavors seemed to get better as I ate. All in all, it was a really satisfying meal in such a great restaurant, with friendly staff and swift service. I would definitely order it again if I had the chance.

My Daughter & I went to Don Juan Cafe on Friday 1/26/24 & we bought 2 chicken & cheese empanada's along with 1 beef empanada. The empanada's were outstanding! I only wish they had more on hand so i could of bought another one for later!
