I have to say….. this place…. Literally phenomenal. The owners Bri and Jake are beautiful people and their employee Emma has become a friend that I look forward to catching up with when I come to visit. SinBun is a must visit gourmet cinnamon bakery. The service is amazing. The employees and owners are very personable and friendly.
The classic bun was all kinds of deliciousness. The perfect balance of filling and flakey dough was covered with a delectable classic icing that was not too sweet.
