“i don’t know who she was but to the brown roots with blonde haired girl working november 30th 2:15pm (she was absolutely so sweet!!) if you can let her know that the 3 peppermint strawberry açaí lemonade doesn’t take like the panera mint strawberry charged lemonade but it’s still pretty good that’d be amazing!!! and thank you for taking our weird request lol!!“

“Even though I don't shop Price Chopper often, I now make sure to always stop at Starbucks after I check out, to treat myself after a stressful shopping trip to feed 3 teenagers!The baristas are awesome, cheerful, and always go the extra mile, even if it's an extra chocolate drizzle to try and cheer up your day!They went out of their way to wish my son a Happy Birthday, and congratulate me on 18 years of parenthood! The frozen drinks here are also more frozen (yay! ?) than the Starbucks up at Barnes and Nobles up on Erie Blvd East.

Dietary restrictions: They offer soy, almond, oat, and other types of milk, for people like me that don't engage in interspecies breastfeeding, and are allergic to cow's milk“

I had an Uber Eats order prepared by Kenzyrah at the Fairmount Starbucks, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had - enough so that I had to get online to leave a review.

Not only was the order perfectly sealed and separated to survive a long journey, but she also included a thoughtful handwritten message that brightened my entire day. This kind of professionalism, care, and attention to detail goes far beyond the call of duty, especially since going into the café was a part of my routine.

In a world where fast service can sometimes feel impersonal, Kenzyrah proved that kindness and excellence can travel miles. Her actions reflect a true ambassador for Starbucks' values, and to ensure the higher ups recognize what a rare gem she is 💎, here's my little poem of thanks:

“Popped in here on a whim while I was waiting for someone, and glad I did. The employees were very nice, and everything tasted great. I tend to get overwhelmed by the amount of items on the menu, but the cashier was patient with me while I decided what to get and answered my questions. The atmosphere was pleasant as they continued to be nice and friendly with everyone who walked in after me to get their orders as well.“

“Came in the morning of the Metallica concert on Saturday. They were clearly very understaffed and were very busy. However, all of the workers appeared to be working really hard and the individual who rang us up at the counter apologized for the wait and was very polite. I hope that the management at this location will staff the location more properly so that the workers do not have to be overwhelmed with business! Under the circumstances the service was fantastic.“
