Starbucks in Binghamton

“Back to stellar service and friendly as always, so happy to have this place to remind me of home, literally. I wkukd moge away if it weren't here and I love the buncb that works there!! old comment not necessary: I always leave stellar reviews for this starbucks, and update them to shout out new awesome employees, Starbucks but I have noticed every Friday lately my drinks seem to have no whip cream, over a dollar extra for add-ons and only when this one particular person is working, are yhe lattes lacking at least half the pumps that should be in it because there's barely any flavor and I feel awkward saying anything because you are ignored by not only the one younger employee but also the older employee, and you stand there, today was 5 minutes, looking stupid holding your coffee. When I finally got help from a nice girl that was working the drive-through – not even the kid that was working the counter, (that has been making my 6pm coffees stink on tbe weekends), every other day is perfect!“

“The rating is mainly for the great service my granddaughter and I experienced tonight. The girl who took our order at the drive thru was patient, accommodating and helpful answering our questions in a friendly manner. At the pick up window, the young woman was extremely good natured and friendly. The order was made well and received timely. I would definitely visit this particular Starbucks again because of these two women! Their positive personalities were a breath of fresh air compared to many workers at the coffee shops and fast food chains, I wish I got their names!“
