“The Starbucks Reserve Roastery is undeniably beautiful, housed in a unique and architecturally stunning building. The atmosphere feels special, and the range of drink options is impressive, offering something for everyone. However, the experience was slightly marred by the overwhelming crowd. The long waits, especially with some customers taking up to 10 minutes just to place their orders, made the visit less enjoyable. While it’s worth a visit for the ambiance and variety, the crowd management could definitely use some improvement.“

“Starbucks (every where) have always been slow - it's just the nature of the beast. Their addition of the drive thru to many of their stores has always baffled me - there is always a line inside, so why did you think adding a drive thru wouldn't add to everyone's wait time - inside and out. That said this location was very nice. You just have to want to add 20-30 minutes to your schedule if you go.“

“The parking lot is a little tough but the staff are great! Recently I had a wonderful customer service experience with both Jon and Josh. I was treated with kindness and respect. Through my interactions, I can also tell that management keeps their staff safe. I can’t wait to stop by again on my next lunch break! I’ve never had a bad drink or food item from this Starbucks location. Great job all around.“
