Starbucks in Wilkes Barre

“Starbucks (every where) have always been slow - it's just the nature of the beast. Their addition of the drive thru to many of their stores has always baffled me - there is always a line inside, so why did you think adding a drive thru wouldn't add to everyone's wait time - inside and out. That said this location was very nice. You just have to want to add 20-30 minutes to your schedule if you go.“

“The cookies are really great (chocolate chip), the drinks are good, and the breakfast is delicious. They move the lines as fast as they can (but if you show up on the hour in the morning hours like 8, 9, or 10, be prepared for a long line of college students). There are so many friendly people here, and it is a nice place to just sit and do your work while sipping your coffee or eating your food!“

“The parking lot is a little tough but the staff are great! Recently I had a wonderful customer service experience with both Jon and Josh. I was treated with kindness and respect. Through my interactions, I can also tell that management keeps their staff safe. I can’t wait to stop by again on my next lunch break! I’ve never had a bad drink or food item from this Starbucks location. Great job all around.“
