“I felt cared for with much compassion by Skyler and Gina who helped me through a crazy and difficult situation. I managed to stick my arm between the console and seat of my car while trying to retrieve my gift card and could not get it out. Gina told me to find a parking spot and that they would bring me my coffee. Skyler came over with my coffee and offered help. She asked me to stop by the drive thru to make sure I was ok. Their compassion was inspiring and a true testimony to exemplary customer service. I learned a lesson about how to treat others, even when their situation sounds or looks incredulous.
