“I've been sitting in this Starbucks for the last three days. I came in from Toronto, and I needed a place to work. It's little bit of a hike from where I'm staying, but it was worth the drive in daily! I've been observing the staff's interaction with each customer and was impressed by the warm smiles and by the number of customers they knew by name! I cannot confirm but, I bet they also knew their orders (they knew mine by my second day).
