“The pork chashu was very thinly sliced which I’m not used to but they had more slices than the usual ramen spots I went to in philly and NYC which had less slices but thicker slices. That was the only thing that was a tiny con but everything else was great! Get the gyoza!”

I’m pretty much a Mexican cuisine connoisseur and this was top notch! Would love to try dine in/drinks in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Just Discovered this place not to long ago and I was very happy with the experience when we got there it had a crow wish is a good sign that the place have good food.Great customer service! I ordered my food and they hand me a little device that will notify me when my food was ready it only took like 20 min considering it was busy this food truck it’s easy to find with plenty of parking the chinola / Parcha Juice and any of the chimis and the loaded fries with pierna meat are a must try I will be back ! “Vino’s makes a Reuben that puts all other Reubens to shame. Ever since trying it, all other Reubens fall short. It easily beats out KJ’s Pickle Barrel and Pierce St Deli and even tops another really good local Reuben made by Goldstein’s Deli. Miller’s Bar in Charlottesville, VA has a really good Reuben, supposedly made famous by Dave Matthews, but it still can’t hold a candle to Vino’s.

I’ve tried a lot of their other menu items and have never been disappointed, but I probably won’t get around to trying anything else because of how good their Reuben is.

Vino’s does tend to get really busy and, because of their size and the high demand for their food, they do tend to get backed up, especially during the lunch rush. So, you may need to call several times before you’ll get through, but it’s worth it.”

“From Seattle area and only somehow recently heard of halal food. We have some delicious food in the west coast (i only now realize from being in the east coast for 3 months, bc yikes)
Only a couple good restaurants here lol.. but then i found this spot. Best food in all of the 15+ places I've eaten at while I been in Luzerne county. Theres a McDonald's next door and it literally blows my absolute mind that anyone would pay $12+ for a meal at McDonald's when you can pay $9 or $10 for a meal of deliciousness that will last for two meals at phillys halal food.
Had lamb over rice, chicken over rice and a lamb gyro. All absolutely deliciousssss. Skip micky d's and go here.”

“My girlfriends and I are on a mini vacation in Wilkes Barre PA, and we went to Isabella for dinner. Before going in we decided to take some pictures together. While trying to do a selfie two lovely people offered to take the picture for us. They were so kind and very friendly. Little that we knew they were the owners of Isabella and we talk with them. The dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if ever in the Winker Barre area in P.A.”

“Stopped in for dinner today since it's been awhile since we visited. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. Upon getting our seats, the waitress immediately came up and introduced herself and drinks were served within minutes. Our appetizers were lush, I got the grilled shrimp and he ordered the rattlesnake bites. He thoroughly enjoyed all the bread. The waitress was amazing and even told us there was a slight hiccup which we appreciated the heads up but we're still enjoying the apps so a small wait - no problem! The entrees came out and were delectable!! His was completely gone within a half hour and the rest of mine will be enjoyed at home. We got to see three birthday celebrations. A great touch! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an absolute mouth watering meal with some of the best staff members in the area.”

The guacamole is amazing. It's a must get.
Tacos the Monterey is worth getting. The house made chimichurri should be bottles and sold in stores.

They had a stage and probably have a band on some days.

Not a ton of tables unsure if it ever gets really busy but was there around 330pn on a Saturday.

“We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they made it extra special. Our cook was Friman. He was amazing! Giving out little gifts and putting on a great show! I let his boss know how great he was he was. The bus came out and saying happy birthday to my daughter as well! The food was awesome.and the prices weren't bad. The service was amazing and the show made us laugh so much!! I highly recommend this place. We were on vacation so we can't go all the time. We would definitely be regulars if we lived in the area.. If you're Celebrating a birthday you should ask for Friman. He will make it extra special!!”

“Sometimes it's hard to find a cafe with great coffee and friendly baristas. (Often baristas have an attitude.) This place has super friendly staff and I was happy that the large coffee "for here" can be served in real mugs instead of to-go cups and that they put 4 shots of espresso in the large. It's also hard to find non dairy unsweetened milk, but they have it here. Prices are not ridiculously high like many places. Definitely recommend!”

“Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! Clean bathrooms and clean dining. You get nice Spanish gospel music while you eat. I like the new addition where they have a buffet still options to choose from. You want delicious Spanish food in a welcoming atmosphere… this is your place!!!!!”

“It's latin food truck but they also have hotdogs, Philly cheesesteak and chicken wings. Their pastelitos (aka empanadas) are amazing, especially the cheese pastelito (totally recommend if you're vegetarian). Totally recommend if you need a good snack to-go that is much better than anything taco bell has, with better quality meats, ingredients, and is more natural. Quesadillas are another great item on the menu. Doesn't come with the typical sour cream, salsa, guac, but doesn't need it. If anything the pink sauce is enough if you ask for it. It's a shame there's no tables or chairs set up to eat. I just had mine standing up.

Vegetarian options: Some items like the cheese pastelito is highly recommended. Many items I'm sure like the quesadillas for instance can be modified to be cheese only, which would still taste amazing and comes with fries. Tostones (deep fried plantains) is another good option.”

We ordered 2 small pies one cheese and one Hawaiian. And Buffalo Wing Wraps. Excellent all around. The crust was chewy, which I loved. Service was excellent as well. Much better than the well know Pizza place by the Mall. There we waited for service and then we had no plates. Again had to wait. Highly recommend Aldo's.”

“Illiano's is by far the best restaurant in the valley. There's something for everyone on the menu. Order the sicilian marinara pizza...thick crust, fresh tomatoes, garlic and plenty of cheese. If you're not happy, it's on you. It's definitely not the food”

“Not from the area, but Mom and I stopped in here for some quick drinks and snacks while passing by, on our way home from our latest adventure.Nice little spot. Seems like it's probably the horse in a one horse town. Seems like all the locals hang here, and it was pretty busy.Convenience store, hot food, cold beer, a gas station, and a car wash!They had my favorite Red Bull here, the juneberry one, which was awesome because it's hard to find since the end of summer because I think it was discontinued.I'm glad we stopped here too, because we discovered one tire was real low on air. The air pump we used in the back was soooo slow, but it ran forever, so it got the job done. On our way out we saw another newer air pump by the carwash that takes credit cards and everything. That one probably works better, I wish I noticed it at first.Anyways, the people at the counter were really nice. I'd stop here again if in the area, for sure!”

Pasta. 17 for a lousy dish of clams in sauce that had no taste. I’m very sorry we loved co I g here for years. But the food is. O share what it is. “I was at Millers in W-B on 4/27, which was also the night of a concert up the street. It was packed. The staff at the front door were SO NICE! We waited at least 30 min at the bar with no eye contact from either bartender. Then, a man who was I’m assuming a server jumped back and served us. We were so thankful and he was also, SO NICE!!!! We sat at the bar for one hour until our table was ready. I used to bartend, so I get it that you can be busy, but at least acknowledge the customers. I also observed arguing between staff and then apologies. I’m assuming, bc it was busy and the main bar tender was stressed, but take that behind the scenes. When we finally got to our table we had Zachary as our server who was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He knew we had a show to get to. He was attentive, friendly, funny and the BEST! I would probably go back, bc the French dip was delicious, but not on a busy night.”

“This IHOP restaurant is under new management, so let this review reflect that.
My wife and I are traveling and spending a few nights in Wilkes-Barre, PA. We like IHOPs where we live and this was easily accessible to where we were staying so we stopped in. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was inside, and how organized the seating was with capability to fit different sized parties easily. If you like booths, as we do, there are plenty! We have been there three times and the food is very good with more than adequate portions. The service is the best and we are always greeted with a friendly smile. Everything from order taking to serving, to paying for your meal is done efficiently. The menu selections are very well laid out and it is easy to find something to fit both your budget and appetite.
What can I say except if you're in the area, give this IHOP a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
