Wonderful service every single time we visit. Mary Jo was our server this time and just like the rest of the crew, she is an absolute delight. Thank you for the great service, attention and food! The Wilkes-Barre, PA location is the absolute best!
Waitress disappeared. Waited 10 minutes until the manager noticed us looking into the kitchen trying to find her. Would have ordered dessert to take home but never offered. Just brought our bill. Very unusual. I'm sure it was an off night.

I had a perfectly cooked char broiled medium sirloin steak. It was juicy tender and the sides were hot and tasty. I am a huge fan of one of the national steakhouse chain that takes its name from Texas but here in Wilkes Barre I would choose the cracker barrel.
