“I was at Millers in W-B on 4/27, which was also the night of a concert up the street. It was packed. The staff at the front door were SO NICE! We waited at least 30 min at the bar with no eye contact from either bartender. Then, a man who was I’m assuming a server jumped back and served us. We were so thankful and he was also, SO NICE!!!! We sat at the bar for one hour until our table was ready. I used to bartend, so I get it that you can be busy, but at least acknowledge the customers. I also observed arguing between staff and then apologies. I’m assuming, bc it was busy and the main bar tender was stressed, but take that behind the scenes. When we finally got to our table we had Zachary as our server who was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He knew we had a show to get to. He was attentive, friendly, funny and the BEST! I would probably go back, bc the French dip was delicious, but not on a busy night.“

“We had an overall good experience. Our wait staff was wonderful! Detailed, attentive, unassuming. The young men that were clearing or filling water were excellent too. Our food was delicious. However, it was my mother-in-law’s first visit. She has ambulation issues and walks slowly. We entered the casino floor which is gated off from the shops and restaurants. We did not realize we could not enter the restaurant from our position without going back to the front entrance. There was a gate located about 20 ft from the restaurant and I had hoped that if we asked them to open it for a disabled patron they may be able to help. I called to the (5 or 6) women behind the host station. They looked at me and ignored me. I called out again and a woman came out to talk to us. It was obvious she was unhappy to help. I asked if the gate could bel opened to allow my mother to cross the isle without going all the way back. She (later found out her name was Dawn and she was one of two managers) was dismissive, short and offered no assistance, no empathy. And she finished by saying “this IS a casino”. Which I found insultingly obvious. I suspect she didn’t realize we had a reservation. I suspect Dawn didn’t realize we were going to be her customers. I didn’t mention it - but shouldn’t they be hospitable to even the casino goers? It’s wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of life. But it did put a dark cloud over our dinner. I’ve been to Ruth Chris many times at many different locations. I’ve never been treated poorly. I won’t be returning the Wilkes-Barre location.“

I order online through ChineseMenu (yep that's really the website), it's always ready within the 10 to 15 minutes it takes me to arrive, and the food is still perfectly steaming hot when I get back, whatever ancient Chinese proverb they use works. Just the right amount of salty and greasy for me personally, a sinful meal surely but it's far from bland and not "sick after 3 bites" overpowering either. Egg drop soup, pork fried rice, and a beef dish would be my recommendations. Bro at the register is really nice but always busy working so I don't make small talk. A lot of reviews mention delivery issues or the American style food there, I can't speak on either as I haven't tried. But the Chinese takeout is ? ? ?“

This pizza was barely 7" and the box itself was barely 9". I was still hungry of course after eating it. I will never order from there again. What a rip off. “I am an avid buffalo wild wings guy. During my work, which is outside a lot, I intend to eat out pretty much every day. Since i am on a Carnivore type diet, i am very cautious on where i eat. Buffalo Wild Wings informed me that they use beef tallow for their wings, so naturally, i am inclined to eat where seed oips are not used. Trust me, finding out places that will accomodate the carnivore diet is very difficult, especially in PA from what i have found out lol. Anyway, today i ate here at the Wilkes Barre, PA BWW and prior today, I have never had a complaint lol. I asked my favorite waitress Kiara, if there was a new cook today, she said no. She asked me if everything is alright, and i told her the reason why i asked that was because the wings were very dry, it tasted very similar to the wings from Applebees in Dickson City, PA (Dry, overcooked, and rushed). However, unlike Applebees there in Dickson city, Kiara fixed the issue immediately and discounted my order and gave me new wings. She is absolutely great (if i was her manager, she be promoted). I got my new wings and my satisfaction was absolutely fulfilled!!! Thank you Kiara, and thank you BWW in Wilkes Barre, pa. Being in a customer service position, Kiara did a great job!!!“
