My family and I have been loyal patrons of Mirakuya for years, it used to be one of our favorite spots. Unfortunately, the service has declined, and after last night, we will likely not return.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The hostess was snippy and insisted we sit at the far end on one of the extensions of the hibachi table, and told us not to shift seats “in case others joined”. Food was great. Service was fast. And “Zus” our waiter deserves extra recognition! Our favorite experience by far due to Zus! 💙
Food was horrible! Chicken had all fat and cartilage in every piece! They give you a spoonful of veggies and rice definitely would not recommend Staff is beyond rude do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!!
