“This used to be my favorite place in the world. Not after what I witnessed tonight. Picture it: 3 BEAUTIFUL GIRLS, enter the establishment. They do not look particularly hungry at all. They sit down and order a completely normal amount of food. Nachos happen to be a regular and completely normal appetizer (mine and my wife's favorite). The band starts playing music and they stop as these three GORGEOUS girls food arrives. The band starts heckling them as they eat. They took it well...at first. I was sitting near by. They couldn't take one bite and enjoy. They said it was TOO MUCH FOOD. All of sudden OUT OF NO WHERE, the main band member asks if one of their names is Amy. He must known her because her name was Amy!!!! They heckled them all night long. Poor girls. Just trying to enjoy a Friday night. Life is hard enough. You can't even enjoy nachos anymore. There was a table behind them who also ordered nachos. They tried to make them fight...I couldn't believe it. People need to be more kind. **satire**“
“I remember going here when I was a little girl. Fast forward...it's still perfect. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. Dukey's still has it!! My haddock was amazing as was my sister's stuffed lobster. Waitress was a little doll..very attentive but not intrusive. Loved loved loved it. Little piece of heaven.. a hidden gem.“
“We took our staff to The Frog Pond for Wednesday Wing night, to blow off a little steam after a long day in the office. What a great little treasure this restaurant/bar is.The wing specials were amazing. The wings were sizeable and meaty. We tried a selection of the sauces and if you’re looking for something different, try the cucumber wasabi.Pizza was as advertised! We had the white Sicilian which is just cheesy goodness. We also ordered the bacon double cheeseburger MJs way (highly recommended)Drinks were very good and reasonably priced and served by the very personable and attentive, Kevin.Just a great neighborhood spot!Parking: There is a very well lit parking lot on N Grant St.“
“The owner is really kind and friendly, the food was amazing, huge portions for the price as well! Plus it’s convenient, and they have fun snacks as well as candy, even nostalgic ones. You can call in your order to be ready ahead of time as well! Definitely recommend to everyone! ☺️Parking: It’s right across the street from a public bus stop and there are about two spaces for you to park in front of the building on the street but it is a very small building with limited parking. It would be better to take the public transport bus and get your food instead of driving.“
“Vegetarian options: My mother is a vegetarian and had salad and parmesan pasta! She said that it was the best she ever had!Dietary restrictions: They understand what restrictions you need or have to have with your food.Parking: There is a lot of parking and for free. If it's free it's for me!Kid-friendliness: The servers here have made it their job to make sure that my daughters have what they needed to make their dinner a super fun and special dinner! They made my daughters feel like they were princesses or queens of the dinner table.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair accessibility within the restaurant and there is a lot of handicap parking“
“What a wonderful experience. Ribs were excellent, but equally important the staff members were very friendly and professional, especially Laura, she was so kind and efficient. She made numerous trips to our table to ask if we needed anything,... for you Laura?. We will be back?.“
“My wife and I used to drive down from just north of Binghamton, NY to go to the Victory Pig for pizza. We were originally from the Wyoming Valley and were familiar with it, having patronized it for years. Lately, both their pizza and service had gone way down. Saw in a review where someone switched to Ceccoli's Pizza, and it was like the Pig used to be. Decided to take the hour and a half drive and check out Ceccoli's. It was delicious, with the chunky tomato sauce with lots of onions, good cheese, and a nice crisp crust. Their pork bbq is also great. Ann, the charming lady at the counter, was very accommodating and friendly, with a nice smile. Ceccoli's has great Old Forge style pizza, in my opinion, it's better than the places in Old Forge, as well as a very nice varied menu and all at a very reasonable price. Just keep in mind that it's takeout only, but worth the little bit of inconvenience.“
“I have been ordering food from this establishment for 10+ years. The food is consistent. I've ordered just about everything they have on the menu. And the delivery drivers are always happy upon delivery. I've read some of the other reviews and you just can't always make everybody happy. But I am and will stay a loyal customer to this facility. Keep up the good work Phillies Phinest.“
“We ordered late last night after traveling 3 hours to watch our son's college volleyball game. After the game, and a short visit, we had another 3 hour drive back home. We ordered from this Five Guys restaurant and felt bad because it was about 9:45 before we could pick it up. The store was clean, the employees were kind, and even made fresh French fries for us which were amazing. Thank you for taking the time to do things so well, especially at closing time after you've already worked for hours. We appreciated it and will definitely be back again when we are in the area next.“
“Best wings in this whole town! They actually know how to fry them to perfection! Hot Ranch was my to go to. We got the Gyro Deluxe which came with French fries and coleslaw, loved it as well. I was curious about the Slouvaki and got that as well. Tzatziki sauce is to die for. 10/10.“
“It has been a while since we were there. Weren't really happy about the last time we were there. Was talked into trying it again and was glad we did. Can't begin to say how we enjoyed everything that we got. Everything has changed and all for the better. Looking forward to going back.“
“Veterans and seniors!!! This is the place. Great deals, easy parking and plenty of seating. I go everytime I'm at the Wilkes Barre VA. Let them know your a Veteran!!Parking: Nice locationWheelchair accessibility: No worries here .Access is appropriate“
“Food was no better than any others, so good in my book. Steph was slower than expected, most likely due to being short-steped. Not very attentive, but most likely that's the same reason. They were very friendly though but quick to move along. Still not a bad “
“Best Dogs In Town. Gotta getta couple Texas Meat Sauce onions n little mustard. Delicious. The place is a historic GEM!Parking: Offroad parking out back, and plenty of it.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it, a place prepared for a family fun time out. Absolutely love the theme.
