“From the time my wife and I were greeted until we walked out, everything was excellent. We had two servers. The first server, her shift was over. All the employees were freindly and polite. I unfortunately have to eat gluten-free. They have a gluten-free menu. They were very helpful with showing me what was gluten-free. Everything that they make is with a dedicated fryer. I ordered the grilled chicken with a gluten-free bun. The bun was an additional $2.29. It was actually good and didn't fall apart like other GF buns I have eaten. My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad. She also said it was very good. I recommend Red Robin.“

Kim, the manager is very polite and checks to see if the customer enjoyed their time while dinning at the restaurant. Kim makes sure to ask how the food came out to the customers in the restaurant.“

“Previously had a bad experience with a takeout order. The restaurant reached out and gave us a coupon to use for our next experience. We sat down in the restaurant today and it completely made up for last time. Anissa was so wonderfully kind and exceptional- she kept track of our dinner so we did not run over our limit, was happy to chat, and made sure our drinks were always full (and an extra lemon was happily given.)
The manager Jason P. made it a point to check in not once but twice to make sure our food and service was up to OUR standards.

“Always decently clean for a fast food joint with constant table turnaround. However we do use the window to order many times. Whoever the one gal is she super polite and very personable. Tries hard to make your experience pleasant and efficient. The star/ moon tattoo? Is cute. The Food. “Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“

“tried the new ghost pepper whopper sandwich. got the meal with a medium order of onion rings, with the zesty sauce. you can't do the rings with out the sauce. this burger was awesome, hot, and spicy all at the same time. I loved it!! I received great service while enjoying being able to sit in their dining room. do to issues it was closed for a while. they only had drive thru. my rings were hot and fresh! recommend this whopper.“

“Did drive thru desserts for a group of 5. They did a good job on getting all of the orders in. But I ordered the Royal New York cheesecake treat which advertised as graham crackers and cheesecake bites swirled together in the ice cream and a core of strawberry (in the middle, top to bottom of cup) to scoop as you wished, what I got was the graham crackers and cheesecake with a very small smattering of strawberry on the top. I was quite disappointed in mine, but the others were all fine. Wouldn't order that one again probably because of the experience.“
