Since the big Wendy's that everyone goes to that's on the main drag there this one you can't even see unless you're in the strip mall parking lot the signs barely visible from the main biggest road. You guys should really fix that sign because the only reason we found it is because we went to the first Wendy's and they said they're not open . Not satisfied with that answer We ran around through the drive-thru again and asked do you know when you'll be open and we're told we have no idea we're working our hardest. So we looked for another Wendy's and had no idea this one was there even though I had just been in this parking lot the day before at the pet store. “I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious.
