“My fast food experiences have NOT been the greatest. Stepping foot into this Taco Bell put me at ease right away. Brendan came out and ensured everything I ordered was correct and even offered to refill my drink. Felt more like a dining experience than a fast food spot. There needs to be more customer service like this!“

“The app had an error when processing and charged me for my order but didn’t send a confirmation to me nor a receipt to the store. There’s no customer service number for the app. I showed the store the charge, and explained. And we’re awesome and helped me out.“

“Worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude and cocky employees. order was incorrect I called and told them and they laughed at me saying no I think you just wanted something else and are complaining now. that's not our problem!" ... ? and even hung up without resolving anything or getting a name. I will never be going here again and will be advising others not to either. 0/10 would NOT recommend.“

“Very nice location. I ate dinner with my teenage sons at 5pm in Pittston. The cashier was very friendly. The dining room was spotless. In fact a worker actually started mopping while we were eating. And actually mopping correctly. lol. Would definitely recommend.“

“We had quite a few people on a bus trip. Many went to other places, but about 10 of us went to Subway. Only one person to make sandwiches, but she was delightful. Very patient and did a great job making some very good sandwiches. Yes it part of a Kwik Stop market, but there was a nice seating area, and it was clean. I'd stop there again!“

“Drove through for a quick dinner for myself and my kids while we were on the road. I placed a mobile order ahead of time, but the service once we got to the drive-thru was pretty slow. The staff was friendly though and the food was made fresh and correctly.“

“Went with my phone as I don't know how to order "on line" and the lady Beca could not have more wonderful.She did everything for me even helped with the gift card. My Ruben sandwich was perfect I was so impressed with her kindness and patience with me《I am 73》 .Thank you Beca for a wonderful experience!!!!🥪“
