I love there blizzards I always get the Oreo blizzard it is so good and I definitely recommend for ice cream lovers , and not to mention they have veteran discounts, my father is a veteran and it's so great that we get discounts and there blizzards arent that expensive 5 people and its only 20 dollars. There’s table service when possible, but it can get busy so keeping your head up helps everyone. Place looked abandoned, staff was very friendly, some old dude in the back corner of the dining room nibbling on curly fries and he was cackling and scanning the dining room. “Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! Clean bathrooms and clean dining. You get nice Spanish gospel music while you eat. I like the new addition where they have a buffet still options to choose from. You want delicious Spanish food in a welcoming atmosphere… this is your place!!!!!“

“Went today on my way the drive through was swamped. I went inside for a Togo order the staff was incredible. The gentleman who rang me up informed me a head of time there was going to be a bit of a wait and offered me a drink while I waited. There was another couple there as well who also must have been waiting. Everyone working was super focused on getting everything out while still being courteous and friendly. The grill who handed me my order apologized once again for the delay.
What truly struck me was despite how busy they were they maintained a high level of professionalism while laughing in back and working.

“I just witnessed a store manager absolutely crushing it at Taco Bell, and I don’t care if her crew likes it or not. She is running the floor, making sure every order is right, getting in the crew’s business when needed, and keeping quality high. She’s on the line, leading her team, and ensuring customers leave happy.
I’ve been disappointed with service in Pennsylvania in the past, but today was different. This general manager is a powerhouse—fully in control, fully engaged, and fully committed to making her location run smoothly. She deserves all the credit in the world.

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. I come here almost every day and the lady behind the counter is the reason I keep coming back. She’s genuinely nice, never rushed or short with anyone, and somehow always remembers my exact order without me even saying it. Sandwich comes out right every time.

Food is consistently fresh, bread is good, and they don’t cheap out on the veggies. Place stays clean and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about regulars instead of just going through the motions.

If you’re looking for a Subway that doesn’t feel like a factory, this is the one. Shoutout to the woman who works there she makes the whole experience better.“

“One of the servers was exceptionally friendly and kind. She kept the dining area clean and served food with a smile and easily corrected a mistake in our order with grace. She also handled a group of rowdy teenagers and asked them to leave so others could enjoy their experience. I would absolutely go back to this location because of the atmosphere.“

“Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“
