“I’ve found that this Burger King is at its best during the evening. The staff seem more upbeat, the service is smoother, and the food is usually fresher and better prepared. One thing I definitely recommend is the vanilla soft-serve cone, it’s affordable, generously served, and a great little treat after your meal.

While there have been a few occasions when sauces were missing from my order, my overall experience has been positive. “I’m Colombian and I tried the chimi three strokes for the first time and I thought it was spectacular. I craved another one, the chicken empanada was a good size and full of meat. The iced coffee was lightly iced and I didn’t even have to specify (that’s my Dunkin’ hack, less ice since they love that bartender trick). “Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! Clean bathrooms and clean dining. You get nice Spanish gospel music while you eat. I like the new addition where they have a buffet still options to choose from. “I really like this place. I can walk there without any sweat. The food is nice, and the staff are happy to help. There are kiosks, and there's even some outdoor seating. The service is also pretty quick. I think I wait about 3 minutes on a good day and 10 minutes on a bad day.“

“Went today on my way the drive through was swamped. I went inside for a Togo order the staff was incredible. The gentleman who rang me up informed me a head of time there was going to be a bit of a wait and offered me a drink while I waited. There was another couple there as well who also must have been waiting. Everyone working was super focused on getting everything out while still being courteous and friendly. The grill who handed me my order apologized once again for the delay.
What truly struck me was despite how busy they were they maintained a high level of professionalism while laughing in back and working.

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “I’ve been very impressed with this Jersey Mike’s in Dallas. This is an extremely efficient and well-run location.
I ordered my sandwich in advance and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready well before I expected. I walked in, picked it up from the area for advance orders, and was on my way. The sandwich was fresh, prepared correctly, and very good.
One small thing also made an impression on me. As I was picking up my order, one of the young women working behind the counter was busy making another customer’s sandwich. She certainly didn’t have to interrupt what she was doing, but she looked over, gave me a big smile, and thanked me as I was leaving. It only took a moment, but that kind of friendliness is something you notice and remember.
This location seems to have a very good combination of efficiency and genuinely pleasant employees. When a place gets both of those things right, it deserves some recognition.

I come here almost every day and the lady behind the counter is the reason I keep coming back. She’s genuinely nice, never rushed or short with anyone, and somehow always remembers my exact order without me even saying it. Sandwich comes out right every time.

Food is consistently fresh, bread is good, and they don’t cheap out on the veggies. Place stays clean and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about regulars instead of just going through the motions.

If you’re looking for a Subway that doesn’t feel like a factory, this is the one. Shoutout to the woman who works there she makes the whole experience better.“

She is running the floor, making sure every order is right, getting in the crew’s business when needed, and keeping quality high. “Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“

“Today's egg McMuffin was perfect! Not often can I say that about fast food. McDonald's still needs to offer a selection for how you want your English muffin toasted. I mean you can just about customize everything here except for that. I'm not sure if you are like me or not those muffins are always so soggy the way they normally make them, I always ask for them to put the muffin through twice or well done. It's the only way I can enjoy them. Between the muffin being perfect today and my coffee made correctly to pay more than I think their menu is worth once in awhile is okay I guess.“
