The second drive-thru they put in there is a complete disaster. They have no idea what your order is when you get to the window, or know if you even placed an order. Whoever designed the thing should be embarrassed.
I just wanted to say the workers at both windows of the drive through this morning were super nice and friendly and made my day!
I ordered a BEC bagel and got a SEC bagel the wrapper to the bagel even said BEC bagel. I also ordered a ice vanilla coffee with an extra vanilla and there was absolutely no vanilla taste to it at all. So who knows if they put the expresso shot in it I paid for or the extra cream.
I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes but when it comes to delivery orders they should be paying more attention to detail. I'm only writing a review because the last few time I've...read full review
