He makes sure her grilled chicken nuggets and French fries are handled carefully. The staff is so friendly, talkative and absolutely the nicest people. We love having Miseri Chick-fil-A an option so close to home. You should be proud of your staff!“

“I used come here often back in June and July, during this recent summer. The one cashier in particular was super nice and I haven’t seen her the past few times I’ve been there. She used to work the drive thru everytime I would come by. She was appealing to the eye. I’m sort of hoping she makes another appearance, wish I knew her name. Other than that, the food is aight.. a bit under filled.

“I arrived early for my pickup order and had to wait for it to be completed. Even though I arrived early for the expected pick up time, an employee approached me while I was waiting and apologized for the delay as well as offering to help my wait. Outstanding service! My order was then expedited and came out earlier than expected. Couldn’t ask for better customer service during what was only a 5 minute wait while I was 15 minutes earlier than my pickup time. Way to go for all employees at this location. Jersey Mikes corporate and district managers should be proud.“

“Just Discovered this place not to long ago and I was very happy with the experience when we got there it had a crow wish is a good sign that the place have good food.Great customer service! I ordered my food and they hand me a little device that will notify me when my food was ready it only took like 20 min considering it was busy this food truck it’s easy to find with plenty of parking the chinola / Parcha Juice and any of the chimis and the loaded fries with pierna meat are a must try I will be back ! They should bring a food truck to Scranton !“

The only thing I didn't like is the took the condiment container in the back, I wanted more cocktail sauce they gave me cocktail sauce in their to go containers, yuk. Not the same.

“Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! “Just left with a very large order. The manager, I believe her name may have been Ashley per the receipt, waited on me inside the store. I went in to place the order because I wanted to be sure I had everything before leaving. My entire order was correct and the manager packed it up nicely for transport. She and the other staff were very friendly and professional. Great job!“

Since the big Wendy's that everyone goes to that's on the main drag there this one you can't even see unless you're in the strip mall parking lot the signs barely visible from the main biggest road. You guys should really fix that sign because the only reason we found it is because we went to the first Wendy's and they said they're not open . Not satisfied with that answer We ran around through the drive-thru again and asked do you know when you'll be open and we're told we have no idea we're working our hardest. So we looked for another Wendy's and had no idea this one was there even though I had just been in this parking lot the day before at the pet store. So kudos to you guys for being open and for being so very nice. I personally didn't get anything to eat but the person I was with did. And I'm pretty sure he was very satisfied.

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious.
