I’ve been very impressed with this Jersey Mike’s in Dallas. This is an extremely efficient and well-run location.
I ordered my sandwich in advance and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready well before I expected. I walked in, picked it up from the area for advance orders, and was on my way. The sandwich was fresh, prepared correctly, and very good.

It was a great experience in there today my food came out great and timely. The cat running the show up front by the colds meats around 5:15 was a jolly kid. Overall all the people in there were great and made our time nice, I will say it was a bit chilly in there, but other than that no complaints.
Their hoagies are good but you always have to question the cost to try to determine if it’s too expensive and can I get a better one in the valley somewhere like a local Independent place. However this establishment is pretty consistent and their staff is very attentive.

Jersey Mike's Subs is known for its outstanding customer service, with employees going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food is consistently fantastic, with popular options like the #13 original Italian sub. At this particular location, the staff was very friendly and professional. They were treated wonderfully by the staff, and the team was the best. The place was spotless. The food is great, but the service was awful. The guy cutting the meat shook his head disgusted that customers were ordering food. He huffed and puffed that customers were in there ordering. This place is fine if you got $16 to spend on half a run of the mill sub and a fountain drink.
