“I’ve been very impressed with this Jersey Mike’s in Dallas. This is an extremely efficient and well-run location.
I ordered my sandwich in advance and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready well before I expected. I walked in, picked it up from the area for advance orders, and was on my way. The sandwich was fresh, prepared correctly, and very good.
One small thing also made an impression on me. As I was picking up my order, one of the young women working behind the counter was busy making another customer’s sandwich. She certainly didn’t have to interrupt what she was doing, but she looked over, gave me a big smile, and thanked me as I was leaving. It only took a moment, but that kind of friendliness is something you notice and remember.
This location seems to have a very good combination of efficiency and genuinely pleasant employees. When a place gets both of those things right, it deserves some recognition.
Excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be back.“

“First time here, we got a regular cheese steak and I got a California cheese steak...it was one of the BEST subs I have ever eaten. A bit over 12 dollars, plenty of steak, cheese, shredded lettuce, small tomatoes and mayo.
The bun is super soft too. 10/10!“

“The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato,onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it was convenient.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “This is definitely the best Subway in the valley. It is hands down the cleanest. It always looks like they just opened and you can tell they take pride in the place. I never see anything on the floors even behind the counter its kept very clean. Its always quick and the people are very nice.“

“Our company ordered from Which Wich to feed our office of 150 people and the food was good quality, delicious, and arrived warm. The only issues is that we didn't order enough! Silvio was such a joy to work with and very inviting, as I had visited the store prior to ordering to get an understanding of the process. He was great and it's nice to have such a communicative manager who you can tell cares about the quality of his food, but more importantly the satisfaction of the customers.
